Fantastic.Brilliant. Guys like Ashley don't come around that often. I discovered rats residing under my Garden decking. Searched Google and found Loughton Pest Control. Ashley appeared on time, surveyed the area, and then proceeded to out hiswork Ashley is very professional in his approach to his work. Very knowledgeable too. He understood the behavioral patterns of these pesky Rats, and removed the rodents within 2 visit. Ashley then returned on two consecutive weekends, to confirm that the rats were completely removed. Ashley even offered to check my next door neighbours garden. I would definitely recommend Loughton Pest Control. So good to know that there still some very good professional tradesman out there. Had an extremely awkward wasps nest which Ashley sorted for me the same day. It was in a very awkward position and most people would have said sorry I can’t do this. He spent time trying to access the nest and managed to eradicate the wasps. Ashley is also a very friendly and personable man. Thank you Ashley 😊

I can recommend Ashley wholeheartedly, we used him for the first time 2 years ago to resolve (and by resolve, I mean exterminate) a rat, achieving the desired result overnight! Recently we saw evidence of another unwanted visitor and immediately called Ashley. He was again very professional, diligent and punctual. This time our unwanted guest was a bit more elusive, Ashley went above and beyond to get the job done, crawling through voids in our cellar, strategically laying traps in different locations. Once again he succeeded. Ashley has a great sense of humour, runs a very professional operation, is a pleasure to deal with, but most importantly, gets the job done!

Ashley did a great job with my rat problem. Came 3 weeks in a row, always on time and once he was sure the rats were gone, filled in the probable entry points found outside with concrete and mesh. On top of the great service Ashley is a friendly, amenable guy and he prices his work very well. I hope I never need his services again of course, but if I do he'll be the one I'm calling.

After being previously let down by another pest control company Ashley arrived on time, went above and beyond, excellent communication and all round a really nice guy with a good sense of humour who charged a reasonable price. I had one rat in my loft which I initially attempted to resolve myself using consumer products and remedies etc. Called Ashley around 8pm to enquire about my situation and he spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me giving advice prior to any commitment to booking him in. This speaks for itself in my opinion - he gave his time and expertise free of charge. A few days later, I realised that there were multiple rats and the problem was greater than I initially thought, and I booked him in with the confidence that I had gained. I had initially called several companies and was straight up quoted their fees and got the impression that they were not interested in the service but rather the financial benefit to them, so Ashley stood out from the crowd in this regard. Ashley made a total of 3 visits - he was highly professional and polite, and knows how to win a customer. The rats however, completely disappeared by their own will the day after Ashley’s first visit just by pure coincidence and never returned (5 weeks ago at the time of writing), therefore it would not be fair for me to attribute Ashley’s work and efforts to the problem being solved, however based on his professionalism and knowledge, I would give 100% faith in him for his abilities, but unfortunately on this occasion he didn’t have the opportunity to fully demonstrate his capabilities. Would highly recommend, as he is customer service oriented and knows how to support a “victim” of pests and provide solutions. On a pricing side, he was also competitive compared to the other companies we enquired with who were lacking the customer service approach.

I've used Ash twice now. Once we have a wasp nest and he was fantastic. Removed the wasp nest very quickly and efficiently. The second time we suspected a wasp nest, but it was just a number of wasps gathering. Ash talked us through why this could be happening and recommended some prevention alternatives. Both times Ash was excellent. I would recommend.

Loughton Pest Control did a great job getting rid of the rat problem in my flat. They worked with the tenant and neighbours to solve the problem. Making me aware of all my options and keeping me up to date. They did a great job and this made me feel a lot less stressed about the problem. Highly recommend.
